In coil coating, special coatings such as PVDF paint of different colors are applied by rollers to continuous strips of steel or aluminum, which are then cured. The strips can be used for appliance housings and various architectural purposes, such as roofs, column covers, wall panels, pre-engineered metal buildings & components.
Extrusion Coatings
There are many end uses of Valspar factory applied, baked-on coatings for application by the spray method including window and door frames, storefront and entry systems, and skylights and atriums. These aluminum extrusions and components are often used on high-class monumental buildings, such as national landmarks, corporate headquarters.

Fluropon® is a 70% Kynar 500® or Hylar 5000® PVDF coating. It provides coverage on metal surfaces for the most demanding environments.
